FORNO Studios selects tools that meet appropriate security and data protection standards but is not responsible for technical failures, service unavailability, payment errors or any incident arising exclusively from the operation of BSPORT or its associated systems.
Nevertheless, FORNO Studios shall remain responsible to the User in relation to the services contracted and shall provide reasonable assistance in the event of any issue relating to bookings or payments made through the platform.
