FORNO Studios is a brand operated by LOMA COLLECTIVE S.L., with Spanish Tax Identification Number (NIF) B22511133 and registered office at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 533, 08011 Barcelona, Spain.
Access to, use of, and purchase of the services provided by FORNO Studios are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which the client acknowledges having read and expressly accepted upon completing the registration or payment process or using the facilities, regardless of whether the services are purchased through the website, mobile application, or directly at the studio.

FORNO Studios provides fitness and wellness services, including in-person classes led by fitness professionals, session packs, single classes, recurring memberships subject to minimum commitment periods and automatic renewal, studio space rental, and the sale of products related to fitness and wellbeing. All services purchased are strictly personal and may only be used by the registered client

Memberships offered by FORNO Studios are subject to a mandatory minimum commitment period. Standard memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months, while unlimited memberships and Founding Member memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) months.
Membership fees automatically renew until the client requests cancellation in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Memberships may not be paused or frozen except in duly documented cases of temporary medical incapacity or exceptional circumstances expressly approved by the studio.

Payments may be made by bank card or SEPA Direct Debit through the website or mobile application, as well as directly at the studio front desk for one-time purchases or membership activation. In the latter case, the client must provide their card or bank account details in order to enable recurring payments.
The client expressly authorizes FORNO Studios to charge the monthly membership fee for as long as the membership remains active.
Payments made using international cards issued outside the European Union may be subject to additional processing or currency conversion fees.
FORNO Studios does not provide refunds, reimbursements, or financial compensation for unused services. Failure to make payment, returned direct debits, or declined charges will result in the automatic suspension of access to services until the outstanding balance has been settled. Additional administrative fees may apply.

Class bookings must be managed through the website, mobile application, or directly at the studio reception.
Clients must cancel their booking at least eight (12) hours before the scheduled start time of the class. Otherwise, clients will be charged a late cancellation fee of ten euros (€10), or a no-show fee of fifteen euros (€15) if they fail to attend without cancelling. These fees will be automatically charged to the registered payment method. (Memberships & Intro packs)
For session packs or single classes, late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the loss of the corresponding credit, with no right to a refund.
FORNO Studios reserves the right to modify class schedules and instructors without prior notice.
Classes require a minimum number of participants: three (4) people for The Oven and two (4) people for The Grill. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the studio may cancel the session and return the corresponding credit to the client, where applicable.

Access to the studio facilities is only permitted during opening hours and when the client has a valid booking.
FORNO Studios provides clients with changing rooms, showers, lockers for temporary use, a reception area, a waiting area with café facilities, and all equipment necessary for the proper performance of classes, including mats, functional training accessories, workout towels, and other fitness equipment.
Clients must wear appropriate sportswear and non-slip socks to ensure hygiene and safety during training. The studio reserves the right to refuse access in the event of non-compliance.
Shower towels are provided free of charge exclusively to clients with active memberships. Clients using session packs, single classes, or external platforms must pay an additional fee of two euros (€2) per towel.
Clients must use common areas, water, amenities, and fitness equipment responsibly and return all equipment to its designated place after each session.
FORNO Studios is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. The use of lockers does not constitute a deposit or safekeeping agreement. Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum period of seven (7) days.

The client declares, under their own responsibility, that they are in good health and have sufficient physical capacity to participate in moderate- or high-intensity exercise. The client acknowledges and assumes the inherent risks associated with physical activity, including injuries, sprains, accidents, dizziness, falls, and medical emergencies.
Clients are required to inform the studio of any pre-existing medical condition, injury, pregnancy, functional limitation, or relevant change in their health, and must strictly follow all technical and preventive instructions provided by the instructors.
The client agrees to complete the studio's health questionnaire truthfully during their first visit and to update the information whenever necessary.
FORNO Studios, its staff, and collaborators shall not be liable for physical injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in its activities, except where such injury, damage, or loss results from gross negligence or proven negligence on the part of the studio.

The client authorizes FORNO Studios to take photographs or video recordings during activities held at the studio in which the client may appear incidentally, and consents to their use for promotional and commercial communication purposes, including social media, audiovisual materials, websites, and other communication channels, without entitlement to financial compensation.
If the client does not wish to appear in such materials, they must expressly inform the studio staff before the start of the session so that appropriate measures can be taken to exclude them from the frame or from the final edited material.

The client agrees to use the facilities respectfully and to comply with the studio's rules regarding conduct, hygiene, and safety, avoiding any behaviour that may negatively affect other clients or interfere with the proper operation of the studio.
FORNO Studios reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to its services in cases of inappropriate behaviour, serious disrespect, verbal or physical aggression, damage to equipment, misuse of the facilities, or repeated breaches of these Terms and Conditions, exercising its right of admission and continued access.

FORNO Studios may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated terms through its official communication channels.
Continued use of the services following such an update will be deemed acceptance of the changes introduced.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law.
Any dispute or conflict arising from the provision of the services shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

I, ________________________________________, by registering as a client of FORNO Studios, booking or attending classes, events, workshops, training sessions, in-person or online activities, as well as by using the facilities, equipment, services, and products offered by FORNO Studios (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Classes” and/or the “Facilities”), expressly declare that I understand and accept that participation in any form of physical activity, including strength training, endurance training, cardio, mobility, flexibility, Pilates, hot Pilates, and functional training, involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, even when such activities are performed under the supervision of qualified professionals.

I acknowledge that I am familiar with the nature of the Classes provided by FORNO Studios, the levels of intensity they may involve, and the minimum physical capabilities recommended for safe participation. I declare that my health condition is compatible with physical exercise and that I do not suffer from any illness, injury, physical limitation, or medical condition—whether known or unknown—that could be aggravated by physical activity, nor am I under the influence of any substances, medication, alcohol, or drugs that could impair my physical or mental capacity during such activities.

I expressly acknowledge that the risks associated with physical exercise may vary depending on the activity and include, without limitation: minor injuries (scratches, bruises, sprains), moderate or serious injuries (muscular, joint, or back injuries, hernias, contusions), cardiovascular events, fainting, heat-related incidents, as well as serious or permanent injuries, or even death.

I accept that such risks may arise from my own acts or omissions, the acts or omissions of other participants, the use of equipment, environmental conditions (including temperature and humidity), unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or force majeure events.

By accepting this document, I assume full and sole responsibility for my health and for any injury, physical harm, illness, or medical condition—whether viral, bacterial, or otherwise—that I may suffer as a direct or indirect consequence of my participation in the Classes or use of the FORNO Studios Facilities, whether during or following such participation.

Accordingly, I expressly release FORNO Studios, a brand operated by LOMA COLLECTIVE S.L. (NIF B22511133), as well as its shareholders, directors, officers, coaches, instructors, employees, collaborators, legal representatives, service providers, and any associated third parties, from any and all liability arising from claims, demands, judicial or extrajudicial proceedings, civil, criminal or administrative liability, costs, expenses, or compensation arising from my participation in the Classes or use of the Facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
I further declare that:

(a) I have no medical or physical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the Classes or properly using the equipment;

(b) I do not suffer from any physical or mental condition that could place my health or the health of other clients at risk;

(c) I have not received any medical advice prohibiting or restricting my participation in physical exercise.

I acknowledge that, in the event of pregnancy, recent surgery, disability, chronic illness, or relevant personal or family medical history (including cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, or other conditions), my participation in the Classes may involve additional risks and that it is my responsibility to refrain from participating or to consult a healthcare professional beforehand.

I agree to follow at all times the instructions, safety guidelines, and internal rules provided by FORNO Studios staff and to use all materials and equipment correctly.

I accept that FORNO Studios may refuse my participation in a Class or request that I discontinue an activity if it reasonably considers that my participation may pose a risk to my health or to the health or safety of others, without this giving rise to any right to make a claim.

I acknowledge that this assumption of risk, waiver, and release of liability is entered into freely, knowingly, and voluntarily and shall remain in effect indefinitely. It shall apply throughout the entire period during which I use the Facilities or participate in any activity organized by FORNO Studios, regardless of the type of membership, purchase arrangement, or service used.

DATA PROTECTION AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation:

☐ I have been informed of and consent to the processing of my personal data (including my name, email address, and telephone number) by FORNO Studios for the purpose of managing my client relationship and providing the services I have purchased. (Required)

☐ I do not consent to receiving communications regarding events, discounts, and promotions from FORNO Studios by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital communication channels. (Optional)

I acknowledge that I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time and may exercise my rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by submitting a request to FORNO Studios through the available contact channels.

I declare that I have read this document in full, understand its contents, and accept all of its terms.
